Общие флаги

-u : skip files that are newer on the receiver
-v : increase verbosity
-r : recurse into directories
-l : copy symlinks as symlinks
-t : preserve modification times
-D : preserve device files (super-user only) + preserve special files
-z : compress file data during the transfer
--progress : show progress during transfer
--preallocate : allocate dest files before writing them
--exclude=PATTERN : exclude files matching PATTERN ( --exclude=.git )

-p : preserve permissions

Права

--no-owner --no-group : игнорирует группу и владельца. Не используйте для загрузки на прод!
-g : preserve group
-o : preserve owner (super-user only)

Использовать с осторожностью

--delete : delete extraneous files from dest dirs
--ignore-existing : skip updating files that exist on receiver

Нужно развернуть копию проекта, находящегося под git-репозиторием. Делаем git clone, затем докачиваем отсутствующие файлы:
